    Is there a blood test to show if you're perimenopause? What are the symptoms of perimenopause? I heard that you can be perimenopause 8 years before reaching menopause. Is that true?

    The symptoms are all over the board. I found alot of info on Web MD.

    Get your doctor to check your hormone levels. Estrogen..FSH..etc. It all depends on the day of your cycle when you get them checked. Hormones are very complicated. I think.
