I will be starting it soon...........I need to wait until 7 days after my period so thats sunday.....but I have read it can take months to help with symptoms

Hi Wiseessentials,

I use a natural progesterone cream called Meno-ease. It has I believe 480 mg per ounce. And yes, it does help me. They say that progesterone cream can take up to 2 months to kick in, but for me I noticed a difference right away. I don't feel as jittery as I did before I started it.
