    Angry hot flushes

I'm going crazy with hot flushes, any suggestions apart from HRT?

Sorry, all I've ever done is HRT.

    Hi,
During the menopause I took (Oil of Evening Primrose) liquid form everyday and for some yrs after.
I can honestly say I never suffered one symptom. Coincidence or pure luck!!... Must be worth a try.

    Hi,
I just looked up Menovair, I hadn't heard of it before, it sounds OK.
Like I said I just took Oil of Evening Primrose and it worked for me. I do wonder if there isn't some benefit in OOEP as my friends sister was prescribed it after a Hysterectomy which makes me think it must work with your hormones. Anyone else tried this?...
