Re: helpp?!?

Have you scratched yourself? You should go to your Doctor as it could possibly be a infection. Don't worry as Antibiotic cream will clear this up but you must apply it as directed and continue to use the medication for at least 7 days - even when your symptoms clear up as the infection will come back otherwise. Meanwhile wash the affected area 2-3 times a day with non-perfumed soap as perfumed soap may irritate the area more.

Re: help?!?

Sounds like a yeast or fungal infection, especially those "scratch" marks. Get some over-the-counter cream and oral pill from a pharmacy, like Monostat or Canestan. Neosporin is for bacterial infections and if it is fungus or yeast will make things worse. Soap can also be the cause of this. Washing with water alone is usually all that's needed.

man, that sounds pretty scary

my doctor prescribed the pills (novo-doxyline/doxycycline) & cream for the acne last month... do you think it's the pills that caused this?

Re: help?!?

antibiotics often cause yeast to run wild.
anything over the counter for women, such as monistat or vagisil, should work fine on your penis.
