Post Bones

the joints on my body seen to crack a lot when I move, ie knees, ankles, feet, wrists, etc.

Why is this and how can I stop it?

Will it harm me?

Should I go and see a chiropractor?

Some people just have joints that crack alot. There's not much you can do about it.

Yeah, that's normal. As long as you don't get pain from those joints making noises, it won't harm you.

When I asked my chiropractor he said that it wasn't the bones but the cartilidge and ligaments and that I should take MSM and Glucosamine.
