Post Night sweating

Lately my husband (34years old) has been waking up at night covered in sweat. I believe he is in fairly good health and is physically active. We live in Texas and it is very hot here. He works outside, I don't know if this could be playing a factor somehow or another. We keep the house at about 71 degrees at night. Any ideas on what is going on? Please help.

Night sweats can be an indicator of hormone problems. Have him check with his doctor.

I agree, can be thyroid or adrenal problems.

Night sweats can also be a symptom of AIDS, but it's usually accompanied by many other symptoms.

To writerboybc

Don't appreciate your response, if there where any other symptoms would have mentioned them.

I know when my cousin, also 34, fit and healthy was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, one of his biggest symptoms was night sweats.

Night sweats are symptomatic of many problems, from stress to viruses to an unusual evening meal.
If it persists see your doctor.
