My penis head hurts to touch

I'm 17 years old and have had a problem with my penis since I could first pull back my foreskin. I was around 15 when I first pulled it back fully and now have no problem with pulling back the foreskin. But when I do pull my foreskin back my penis head is so senstive it hurts to touch, I wash it on a daily basis and expose it regularly. Yet it is still senstive I have been to the doctors and they say it looks fine, but why is there pain ? I just wanna know how to lose this sensitivity. I recently had sexual intercourse and it was very painfull.
This is really bugging if you can help plz do

Re: My penis head hurts to touch

The more you touch your glans, the less sensitive it will become. In the shower, retract your foreskin, soap up your penis and move your fingers over the penis head for as long as you can. At other times, pull back your foreskin and apply lubrication (lotion, saliva, baby oil, lube used for sex) and rub your fingers over the lubricated glans. Do this every day and the glans will become easy to touch. If you used a condom when you had sex, you should not have experienced pain.
