Question strech marks/tense penis head

Hi I've searched on this online but haven't found anything. The head of my penis sometimes gets tense and some stretch marks type cracks start sowing up on it. There is no pain. I should also note that my anus area sometimes gets itchy and that's usually when the stretch marks also start showing up. I also feel dehydrated and overly sleepy at those times.

I went to the doctor, he did the urine and blood test (twice) and nothing showed up but I'm not convinced that this is ok.

I'm currently not sexually active.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Re: strech marks / tense penis head

Soap can sometimes produce a negative reaction in that area. When you shower, wash your penis and anus with water and the friction of your fingers.

Re: strech marks/tense penis head

Besides the washing Fles mentioned, the other big point of simple hygiene is to keep the area dry. Don't dress until you're dry or the moisture you trap in your clothes could add to the problem.

Also this sounds a lot like the effects of yeast infections (Candidiasis). Yeast infection of the foreskin can cause it to tighten. And intestinal Candidiasis can cause anal itch, irregular bowel movements, etc. The intestinal Candidiasis would encourage the glans/foreskin thrush (yeast) too (because fungal infections tend to encourage other fungal infections). The tiredness (and low blood sugar) are symptoms of intestinal Candidiasis as well.

If you're fighting yeast, avoid milk, cream, milk chocolate and any sweets. Cranberry is pretty good for minor yeast problems too. And cinnamon (in normal amounts) might help restore a good metal/mineral nutritional balance for the best immune system function. (Note, larger amounts of cinnamon are toxic, so don't overdo it.) If these simple home remedies don't help, see a doctor for an evaluation and stronger antifungals (or antibiotics if they're more appropriate). Say that you think it's yeast and he or she may be more understanding, because together these do seem like symptoms of yeast infections.
