Hello,
Recently I was told (by professionals) that I may have Disocitave Identity Disorder... after finding that out I did a fair amount of research and it's all very relatable. I also just gotten into a new relationship and moved in with him, he knows that I'm mentally unwell and understands to an extent because we haven't actually talked about it (even though i want to). So just wanting to know some ideas on how to bring it up and if anyone has anytips.
P.s I get very uncomfortable and anxious when evey i try to talk about this.

Re: Dissociative Identity Disorder
Just be honest! Tell him the truth, and let him know what's going on. If he actually cares about you, it shouldn't be an issue. Just grit your teeth and start that conversation. Don't procrastinate, or you won't get around to it. I've had the conversation before around the 3 month mark, and we're still together 6 years later!
