Unhappy blighted ovum

I am feeling very sad today. Am going through a blighted ovm type of m/c. Has anyone experienced this and how soon did anyone try again to get pregnant?

Thank you.

Re: blighted ovum

I am sorry for your loss. I had a blighted ovum in December and got pregnant again in January only to have a chemical pregnancy. However, I got pregnant again in March and am now 21wks with my daughter . Good luck and lots of babydust!

Re: blighted ovum

I am so sorry to hear your loss. I had this happen and dr's advised me to wait at least 6 months to give your body time to get back to normal. I have had one sucessful pregnancy since and I am currently pregnant with twins! Just keep yourself and spirits up high- It will happen soon.

Blessings,

CRR0908 and Luvmy3kids,

You do not know how helpful your postings were and I thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I have one baby girl and was so looking forward to having her be the big sister... guess this was not the right time for whatever reason-but I am so relieved to know you both continued on and are prego! Best of luck to you both - I know you will have the most beautiful babies!

Re: blighted ovum

One more question - how long did you have spotting for before bleeding... and how long for the whole thing to stop. I've been spotting lightly for 5 days now.

Thank you for your help.
