can mononucleosis infect again?

Hello all.

I've been having terrible fatigue the last week, with symptoms around the chest for the last 3 weeks, including intermittant body/arms/legs aching fatigue.

A year ago 2019 I was tested for Epstein-Barr virus, and came positive. No, I did not have something at that time, I think it was a check for antibodies as doc said it meant I HAD EBV prior to the testing.

From that I suspected my constant problems the year prior might have actually been mononucleosis, but we'll never know.

It's different now from my 2018 suspicion, but after lots of "visits" and tests over the last few weeks, it suddenly occurred to me this terrible long-lasting constant body fatigue (NOT sleepy, just muscle aching as when you're sick or just exercised) could be mono.

If I already have EBV antibodies, is it possible to get EBV/mono again?
