Blood test results very confusing

Hello!
I really need some answers. I hope someone can help me.
I recently had bloodwork done for suspected mono.
My doctor has not called me to discuss results, but I pulled my results from my health chart online.
I cannot really make sense of it. It appears that I do not have a primary active infection, but I am not to sure what it does mean. It appears that I have a reactivation, if I am understanding correctly. The thing is, my other bloodwork that went along with this was all normal (white blood cell, liver, all of those other values in a CBC and CMP)

Here are my EBV test results. I would very much appreciate any feedback!

EBV IgG 431.0 range 0.0-17.9 U/mL

EBV IgM 24.7 range 0.0-35.9 U/mL

EBV Early Ag 81.0 range 0.0-8.9 U/mL

EBV Nuclear Ag 583.0 range 0.0-17.9 U/mL

Looks like the only normal one was IgM. So based on these results, it is obvious I had a past infection, but am I still recovering or could I be having a reoccurrence?

Also remember all other lab work was normal (thyroid, wbc, liver etc)

I had the mono spot test in August when they thought I was sick with mono and it came back negative, twice! Then, I get these results. Can anyone offer any advice? I would very much appreciate it!
Thank you!

Re: Blood test results very confusing

I'm sorry, I don't know how to read test results. Is there anyone at the clinic that can tell you what they mean if the doctor is too busy?
