A couple weeks ago, exposed to mono, Symtons now?

Hi there. A couple weeks ago, I was exposed to Mono, by sharing a drink with someone that had it. And NOW, I have had a sore throat for the past 4 weeks. I also have some tenderness, and swelling in Lymph Nodes area. I haven't gone to a Dr. yet for this because all of these things just seem like, not enough, to get something like Mono. Thank you for this Thread tho. Sometimes, my thinking is just wrong, and I need to talk to someone else.

Karlee.

Hi Karlee, you can get Mono from sharing a drink with someone -- it's very contagious through saliva. You should go to the doctor and get a blood test.
