    No answers still.

Just after some advice. I havent been well for 20yrs. I had glandular fever when I was 18 (50) now. When I was 30 I started getting odd symptoms, dizziness, fatigue, headaches etc. I had 2 or 3 brain Mri's over the first 10 years which were clear so no diagnosis only m.e. I had an awful episode of vertigo, headaches etc and had another brain scan which found 2 lesions and 2 infarcts suggestive of a peripheral embolic occlusion 🤷. This was 2013 and I had a lumber puncture and evoke potential tests which were negative so neuro said to do another scan in 18 months and if the lesions had changed or I had new ones he would do further testing. Anyhow the scan revealed no new lesions and the ones I had had reduced in size. He then said not ms but migraines. So since then I had another awful episode with head symptoms and had another scan end of 2018 and no change. The last 3 months ive felt awful again, started with my left cheek twitching and feeling swollen, left side headache, left eye feels odd and inflammed, I feel inflamed from left side of my head right down to my hip, fatigues horrendous, sweating at night, depression, anxiety and basically feel awful. I don't know who or what else to see or do. Is there anything I can take to help myself repair the myelin sheath naturally if it is that? If its not ms what else can it be. Nobody even explained the embolic occlusion.

Zipster, there is no myelin to repair. . first of all, repairing myelin is still in the FDA stages of testing..there is no approved drug available at this time.

But, more importantly, you dont have any lesions or anything on your MRI, therefore there is nothing to repair.

None of your symptoms are MS related..you have seen allot of doctors but even your list is not MS related. Everyone has told you its not MS...I am sorry you dont have the answer you want, but this isn't MS.

All of your symptoms do sound Migrane related..did the neuro put you on Migrane meds? There are a ton of them available. I would be exploring those options.

    I hope you feel better.

There were 2 lesions and 2 infarcts suggestive of a peripheral embolic occlusion on the mri.
