    Wink Horizontal Ridge

Hi all, I'm new to this site and in the UK. I have noticed a horizontal ridge across one of my finger nails, its not a ridge or trough but the opposite-i guess I would call it outdent. All my other nails are just fine and I am wondering what this might be. I asked my physiotherapist but she has no idea about nails.
    Perhaps someone here can help?
    Thanks

Vitamin B and Zinc deficiency...sometimes related to psoriasis....calcium magnesium and potassium balance could be off as well...sometimes called Beau's nails
