    possible neurological ailment?

Started with minor chest pain while breathing in then I went to a walk-in clinic, they told me it may be scaring on my ribs, it eventually went worsened to the point where I was very weak on only my left side and became very sick, went to the hospital complaining of chest pain on the left, a bacterial mass was found in my right lung, opposite of where I was feeling any pain. Needed a bronchoscopy to find out what it was exactly. Turned out to be some "rare bacterial infection" as it was explained to me. The mass was caused by the bacteria rothia dentocariosa I believe. Infection was not in my blood, stool, urine, or saliva. My white blood cell count was normal the entire time. was out of the hospital on antibiotics after being there for 10 days and now I have been experiencing the following symptoms...
Constant pain and stiffness in back, shoulders, neck, and upper arms.
Odd electrical surge type feelings up and down my spine into my head.
    Overwhelming numbing and tingling feelings.
cracking noise random places in back when I move around.
Any physical activity makes muscle pain and soreness worse even if it is miniscule activity.
burning sensation on the back of my head and neck and now my skin hurts to the touch in those areas.
    Vision becomes blurry randomly.
Sometimes difficult to articulate sentences I would normally have no issue with.
Narcolepsy and sleep paralysis symptoms just about every night now as well...
Anyone have an idea of what the main issue might be?
Please, any and all opinions are welcome, I need help.
