    Re: B12 deficiency

Are you still getting shots? Have you had your blood tested lately? I have pernicious anemia and after having several b-12 shots to get my level up I still need an injection every month and take b-12 supplements. I know when I'm getting close to needing the next shot....I also get pins and needles and palpitations. My doctor said I'd probably have to have shots all my life.

    Good Luck!

    Re: B12 deficiency

B12 can take up to 6 months of regular shots to get to a normal level and can drop off very quickly if not long have you been doing this?

Your symptoms sound exactly right for having a B deficiency...keep up with the shots and seeing your doctor. Eventually he will get your levels leveled out but you may need supplements for years, if not forever.

    Hope you feel better soon.
