Question HELP! Strange Symptoms!

I am a pretty healthy 18 year old girl, I have a psychiatric condition (Bipolar II) but it has been under control more recently. Don't take any medications, fit and healthy, although deficient in B12 and Iron (vegetarian).

Have been getting strange episodes. Wondered if anyone else had experienced them, and what they turned out to be diagnosed as.

Have had psychotic episodes lasting several hours at times, but accompanied by memory loss, intense confusion, a pronounced stutter, and extreme difficulty in remembering words.

At other times, hallucinations (auditory and visual) are combined with feeling of disconnect from body, and pronounced lack of motor control- I have trouble walking, or picking things up. Movements and reflexes are clumsy and exaggerated.

Constant or near-constant tingling feeling in legs. They also go numb easily. At other times my legs are so stiff I can barely walk

I have attacks of muscle spasms or seizures which disable me from moving properly. At times movement in so disabled I cannot even sit on chairs (fall off). Sometimes these attacks last several days, at such times I walk with a pronounced parkinsonian gait and experience involuntary movements of shoulders and arms from side to side. It's noticeable and embarrassing. The spasms occur most frequently in my legs. Lose control of muscles there. Involuntary movements force my toes to curl up and my leg muscles to contract.

Spasm attacks also severely affect head, head is frequently and involuntarily jerked forward, especially when I am moving other parts of my body. At night times I experience seizures that force my neck down so my head pushes into my body and force my knees up. They keep me awake and are very unpleasant.

I should add all these symptoms are new (last six months). I have always enjoyed a very able body and been an excellent hiker and runner.

Frequently episodes of involuntary muscle movement are accompanied by smaller spasming of muscles in arms and a tremor in my right hand. Also by involuntary eye movements such as bulging and contracting eyeballs.

Most scarily of all are attacks where I feel literally as though my brain has disconnected from my body. Mind feels incredibly foggy. Extreme difficulty swallowing. Breathing becomes irregular and sometimes stops for long periods. Choke or gag for no apparent reason. These attacks last up to maybe half an hour and it's a real effort at that time for me to keep things together.

Does any of this sound like anything anyone has experienced? Did see doctor following bad week of spasms and lack of motor co-ordination. He took bloods and discovered deficiencies, decided spasms could be attributable to that but wasn't certain. Had an MRI in mid 10, which came up all clear.
