    muscle issues with raised CPK

This is my first post and i hope i have put it in the right place, I want to tell you a little about my issues and test results and to see if anybody understands what may be going on with me,

for 5 years i have had issues with both ancles, leg muscles being so tight and painfull all the time, lower back pain and right hip pain also,

for 19 months i have been having test with no results showing anything is up with me up to yet, i have had some test results via the post along with a appointment to see my neurologist dr boothman at blackpool victoria hospital,
but that is 2 weeks away and i wanted to share these results with you to see if anybody can understand them and put them into plain english for me,

I have had many test and the most recent one was a EMG test at royal preston hospital, I havent had the results from that yet but assume i will when i see dr boothman in a few weeks,

the test results that came via the post all seem to be negative, however on of the results is raised CPK but i dont know what this means, my test results are below and if anyone can understand them then that would be great

autoantibody screen was with in normal limmits in particular rheumatoid factor
    connective tissue screen negative
    biochemical profile normal
random glucose 6.1mmol/L ................. i dont know what this is
CPK raised at 222U/L ....................... i dont know what this is
    B12 normal
    serum electrophoresis normal
    full blood count normal
ESR 6mm/hr ...................... i dont know what this is
    isotope bone scan normal limits
    normal skeletal distribution of isotope
no focal cause for sacro-ileac pain found

i am on gapapentin, robaxin, and naproxin, and all those combined seem to give me some respite from the pain and discomfort

    thank you for reading
