Temporary Hand Paralysis, Involuntary Movements, ect
I am in the beginning stages of looking for a diagnosis
My symptoms -
Muscle spasms - right hand, fingers, leg, and sometimes who body jerks.
Tremors when reaching for things or when I'm getting ready to type or write.
Unable to move hand for minutes at a time. It's not numb or "asleep" just not able to move.
Muscles feel tired when I've done nothing to cause it.
When my hand is floating idle (like over a mouse/keyboard/phone) it strongly jerks downward.
Leg buckles under me when walking
Frequently dropping things
Stubbing my foot on the ground as if I didn't pick it up or move it far enough.
Then there's some things not with my muscles..
Trouble focusing visually on words/numbers. Writing and saying outloud things I'm reading completely wrong.
Losing words, stuttering, trouble enunciating.
Memory issues. Trouble recalling conversations or events from hours or days prior.
Trouble peeing as in I really have to concentrate. Peeing very often even having to get up at night 1-3 times.
Having to stop while I typing or writing midword to see what letters/numbers I've already written. I just kinda forget where I was at.
Lots of proofreading has to be done lately.
General fatigue, sometimes oppressive.
Really started noticing symptoms about six months ago, some cropped up within the past two months. Feels like it's slowly worsening. PCP kept mentioning "neuromuscular" so this seems to be a good place to post this.
Longer than I thought, sorry. Anyone experience this particular combination? I have only had blood tests thus far to rule out stuff, and have a EMG scheduled in a couple weeks.
Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
