Pain on alternating sides of head/body.

I have been sick for months and trying to see a doctor, but unfortunately I have had major issues at my current location getting medical treatment due to 'insufficient documentation' proving residency. I don't expect a diagnosis, but I would like to know how serious these symptoms could potentially be, possible causes I can look into and at what point I should seek emergency treatment.

I have been having daily one-sided headaches on my left side for a few months now. It has been getting progressively worse and I am taking pain medication constantly to lessen the severity of the pain. A couple of days ago, I started feeling pain on the right side of my body. It is more of a dull type of pain than the sharp, throbbing pain in my head, but it runs all the way down through all parts of my right side with the chest being the most painful area (I get sharp, stabbing pains there). The right side of my head and left side of my body have no pain. The episodes with the body pain last a few hours at a time, but the headaches are constant though they vary in severity. I have also been experiencing frequent nausea and constipation for the past couple of weeks.

I'm a 26 year old female. I have had neurological symptoms in the past and did see specialists. The symptoms have included muscle tremors/jerking, weakness (difficulty walking), poor motor control, balance issues and one-sided body numbness. I had a couple of MRIs done two years ago, and aside from one showing a very small area of inflammation, nothing was found. The worst of these symptoms occurred about two years ago and although they never went away completely, I have been a lot better except for the past few months when the headaches started. I have been diagnosed with general anxiety disorder so I am mostly dismissive of many of the unexplained physical symptoms I get, but the distinct pain on alternating sides of my body is scaring me.
