| Ulnar Nerve Entrapment help!
I was bit by a dog about 9 months ago. Had wrist surgery and was put in a full arm cast for 3ish months. Now that I'm out of the cast and mostly healed, there is weakness and numbness in my ring and pinky finger. Had nerve testing, they say I have ulnar nerve entrapment and need surgery.
I have never injured my elbow and never had any issues with nerves. Did this happen because I was in a cast for a long period of time? Anyone have any information about nerve complications from a cast? Any information will greatly help me! Thanks!!
