Hi all,
Recently I have been experiencing random pains that affect mainly my limbs, but have been known to affect my chest and face also. They last seconds, minutes at most. E.g. a dull pain will shoot through a specific part of my foot and then seconds/minutes later will shoot through my arm, thigh etc.
These pains came on all at once (i.e. didn't start in my hand and gradually move upwards to my arm) and can strike anywhere at any time. They are not very painful (on a scale of 1-10 about a 2 or 3) and feel deeper than the surface of the skin. I have experienced no numbness or any other odd sensation.
I am going through a period of stress at the moment and consider this as a possible culprit, however, when I am relaxed the pains (though decreased) are sometimes still noticeable. There are times however when I will not feel the pains for up to a couple of hours.
I guess what I am asking is does this break too many patterns to be neuropathy? And is it possible or likely that anxiety is behind all this?
Any help or insight that can be offered will be greatly appreciated and may well help calm my mind a bit

Thanks a lot!
