Smile My feet are throbbing and burning.

I wish my feet would settle down. I've had burning pain now for two days. Whenever I put on sneakers the throbbing pain begins. Any suggestions? kimmy46

Just one suggestion. Our sneakers wear out greatly from the inside, and not necessarily show on the outside, especially if we only wear them indoors. But that wear can sneak up on us and cause a tremendous amount of pain and foot/leg problems. Try changing them and see if any difference. It's worth a try instead of suspecting something worse is going on.

If the burning is ongoing and is not related to your foot wear or even worsens may pay to tell your doc so they can do tests for the reason why this is happening.
    good luck

Re: My feet are throbbing and burning.

My feet are continuously throbbing and burning. I just had my second annual emg/skin biopsy testing done and was told that I have lost some sensation to temperature in my feet.

I try to help my feet by using iso-arch support soles since I have high arches and just buy really good, supportive shoes. It doesn't take the pain away, it just assists along with the treatment of my medicines.
