Is there any chance of having your feet amputated because of advanced neuroposy?

Re: Neuroposy

Do you mean "neuropathy?" I suppose it could happen, but more likely doctors would want to address the actual cause of the neuropathy. Amputation would seem to me to be an exceptionally drastic way to deal with neuropathy, and there would also be a significant chance that amputation would lead to so-called "phantom" pains.

Partial amputation of dead (necrotic) tissue is sometimes needed in the feet of diabetics who develop gangrene; could that also be what you mean by "neuropsy?'
