I've recently been trying to increase my fiber intake. However, I'm not a big eater...I eat when I'm hungry and what I have a taste for generally. I'm not a junk food or sweets type of person so my diet is generally healthy. Aside from multiple food allergies I think it's pretty balanced but I've only recently paid any attention to fiber. I know 25-30g are recommended on a 2000 calorie diet. I've been getting up there but I simply cannot eat that much food. I feel over stuffed and uncomfortable. Does anyone know if fiber intake is different based on calorie consumption? Like I said I eat plenty just not nearly that much...any insight would be much appreciated!

Re: Fiber?

I can't answer your question but you could always take a fiber supplement if you think you aren't getting enough. There are natural ones at the HFS that don't have unpleasant additives.
