    Unhappy Difficulty Urinating

Hi, I am largely overweight but am taking measures to lose weight. The club I go to I was advised to drink lots of water, because I have a problem being able to wee first thing in the morning, I am frightened to drink excessive fluids as its pretty unbearable anyway without more water pressure building up in the night.

Being overweight is affecting me in other personal ways too so I am desperate to lose weight as I am so frustrated.

Do I have to drink gallons of water to aid weight loss

Not gallons, you just need to stay hydrated. At least 8 glasses of water/day.

If you are doing strenuous exercise, you need to flush out some of the toxins of fat breakdown, or strict dieting flush out the ketones. Have you asked a dr about your morning problems?
