if..then... statement

Hi. Im not sure how to start this thread but, Ill explain my best.

1. Whenever I walk into my house, I always think "I have to get to my room before the door closes or else something will happen."

2. i wont allow myself to touch cracks in the street, and if i do, i wont get what i need in a store or something.

3. If i get a certain thing done in less than a certain time, i will get something..

There are *several* more examples, but there all following the "If I [event] then [something will happen]." Everyday, about 10-15 examples come up. Wether it would be starting up my computer in a certain time, or going up the stairs in less than 10 steps.

The point is...well question...could i have OCD?

[sorry for spelling errors, early in the morning.]

Re: if..then... statement

It sure seems like ocd. There are ocd screening tests you can self test to see if you have ocd.
