Still can't figure out what is wrong with me

I have been sick sense the beginning of November. Initially we thought it was my gallbladder, but all tests have come back fine. I get a fever everyday (usually about 99.5 - 101). I'm extremely nauseas, dizzy I get horrible headaches and migraines (never used to). My body can not regulate its temperature. My hands will be sweating and feet will be ice cold. I get numbness down my right arm at times. I've been to a bunch of doctors (gastro, rheumo, infectious disease). The only things that came back odd on my blood work was a very high ACE level (did a CT Scan but don't have sarcoidosis) and I tested positive for histones an ANA but the rheumo wasn't worried. Had an MRI to loom for a pituitary tumor but nothing there.

I do t know what to do, I feel so horrible and it's getting worse. I had a headache for a full week last week. Can anybody help? Any ideas? Thank you!

I would pursue the positive ANA. It is a general test that can be present in many autoimmune diseases, like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and others. The fever is concerning and shows some type of inflammation. Inflammatory markers could be tested in the blood (sed rate and CRP) as well as specific auto-antibodies common in autoimmune diseases. A HIDA scan should be done to fully rule out gallbladder disease if you have right upper quadrant pain or tenderness on exam. Do you know how high your ACE and ANA levels were? I think those are clues that should be followed.

One condition that may be monitored with an ACE level test is Gaucher's disease. This is an inherited condition that causes fatty substances called lipids to build up in cells and internal organs.
