Hi! i am chris from Australia.
I notice how nice and experienced people are on this board! so i though i would ask a few questions.

1. I used to be an overweight teen, now i have lost 20 kilos (in comparison with pounds, kilos is more i think) I now play sport plenty etc.
i have even had to throw my clothes away.
However i always get tired during sport - even though i am very very fit..... is this because i don't eat enough? ( i do limit my eating )
I know i exersise more then i eat..... i have no more weight to lose really..... should i increase my eating?
because i really get physically exhausted.

2. i work on my abs every day for the last week and a bit. how soon should i expect results and exactly how long should i work on my stomach area during a workout at home involving rather simple sit ups and cruches?
Is 30-45 min long enough? or too long?
I work them really hard for about an hour a day.... sometimes 2 hours but at different times.
does the consistency of my workout matter?

If you are experiencing increased fatigue & exhaustion, consider supplementing your diet w/ these nutrients from your health food store:

Multivitamin/mineral. The more nutrients in the profile the better.

Ginsing root. Ginsing will strengthen your adrenal glands, thus increasing energy while decreasing fatigue. After 1 bottle, alternate to other tonic herbs like Astragalus.

CoQ10 (ubiquinone). The human heart needs and loves this nutrient. It will combat fatigue associated w/ increased demands on the heart, like intense athletic training.

As for diet, eat regular well balanced meals. Do not eat unhealthy foods. Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids are also very important in diet. Flax and Fish oils are good sources of 3's and 6's.

This should get you back in the game of top performance.

Be sure you are eating a healthy diet and take a good vitamin/mineral supplement every day. Also add a good antioxidant supplement daily to keep you healthy. Once you get you nutition back up I am sure you feel better. Congratulations on your weight loss and exercise program.

Thankyou very much.
I will be sure to do these things.
We already have multi-vitamin tablets at home.... i have taken them very infrequently though - so i will be shure to take them daily from now on.
