"Diet's" HELP!
I want to be skinnier not big and muscular. Any diets are exersize that would help me to do so?

You need to eat less carbohydrates and be sure to burn off more calories than you take in to lose weight. You might try walking or bike riding as a simple exercise to start out with. Roller blading or rollerskating, bowling, swimming, or water aerobics are also good exercise things. Even water walking where you walk back and forth in a swimming pool is good exercise. Also a lot of women are having great success with the Curves for Women Fitness centers. Look in your phone book for one near you and check it out.
