Kinesiology Question

I Need to write a one page answer for this:

Discuss how the development and sequencing of motor responses which are essential for movement tasks can impact the learning process within the psychomotor domain.

Can somebody simplify it for me in English It's giving me a headache, I'd appreciate it.
