Reduce fluid intake after 6:00 p.m. Also, you may be taking some medications that increase urine output, such as a diuretic or perhaps bloodpressure meds. Just because we go to bed does not mean our organs stop working, they just slow down. Some people have smaller bladders than others and will need to void during the night regardless of what measures are taken.
Try relaxation techniques in order to allow yourself to be relaxed when you go to bed making for a deeper sleep.
