Unhappy Bowel Problems

I have started a new job at the end of July and have had the runs every so often. I am wondering what the trouble is. I am really enjoying the job and do not feel stressed

I can drink and eat and then within half an hour be running to the loo. It doesnt happen every day so I cannot really pin point what it is. The doc has taken a sample and has done blood tests so that they can find out.

I have started to write down what I have eaten etc. I thought perhaps it was the milk they use. They use the long life milk and perhaps thats what is causing it. The last bout I had was on Sunday I had chicken soup to start with followed by salmoln and broccilli (excuse the spelling).

Can anyone help me
