    HI I Need some major help

    Morning noon and night I feel like something is not right and today will be my last day alive. I am making myself so sick I go to the hospital and tell them I am having a heart attack this is really out of control its hard for me to tell my friends they laugh and say im fine but its real. If I am around alot of people im fine but the minute im alone or have down time my mind starts to go. I know that even if I die I have no control at all over it but it does not help me when im in that mind set... someone please talk to me I need people that understand what is going on

    Hi there! It sounds to me like you are having major anxiety and perhaps depression. These kind of thoughts are what I had a few years back in my darkest hours. Please get some help from a doctor. You may need antidepressants and or xanax for awhile to get calmed down. You don't have to be on them. You just need to get to the root of your anxiety. You will be ok. Take a deep breath. There are other boards here that you can find or even call your doctor. You don't have to live like this. Good luck!

    sorry for the time you are having. There are a number of us who have been there at one time or another. There is a fantastic saying:

    Let me just say that there are medicines that can help you short or long term so that you can enjoy your life. But mostly try to get involved in volunteerism. There's nothing like helping those less fortunate that puts your life in perspective.

    When something out of the ordinary occurs in life KNOW that you are not alone. Our experiences feel unique to us. The questions, why me, what's wrong with me, this can't be happening to me, race in your head. REALIZE it's a coping mechanism. The brain is communicating it's trying to make whatever thoughts it holds disappear. Talk it out, write it out, acknowledge whatever is on your mind. Take your mind to a tranquil state and wrap yourself in a blanket of love. Nothing heals like love. Believe me I have been a visitor to your state of mind. Make it a temporary stay and work your way towards being enlightened.
