Help despratley needed..

Hiya,

Sometimes in the last 3 weeks when i wake in the morning, i have a strange tingly numb feeling above the right side of my eye, i also sometimes get this when i raise my eyebrows where the Temple is, Please could anyone give me any information of what this could be please??

hmmm, change your pillow or your position in bed, I think its the way you are sleeping seriously, its like my daughter's knees were always hurting her and we found that because she keeps so much stuff on her bed, she doesn't stretch her legs out much and sleeps with them bent a lot. Clean the bed and viola! no more hurt knees

My sister had a problem with her arm and it was because she would tuck it under the pillow and sleep on it. She got a firmer pillow, no longer needed the arm underneath for support and had no further problems
