I really don't know whats happened to me.

Hi, i'm a 24 year old male whom due to addictive online gaming hardly ever got out in the last 2 years... this lead to me putting on alot of weight and made me very depressed and self conscious. so i decided to do something about it .. and for about the last 2 months i have been jogging everyday ( bar 3 days i rested ).

To begin with i ran 1 mile and now currently run 5.4miles a day but 3 days ago i woke up in the morning feeling very dizzy and nauseous and upon going to the bathroom i noticed blood in my urine with a burning feeling and the fact i couldent poop???

I have no idea what could of caused this and it has me very worried i'am too embarrassed to ask any relatives for help or advice.

So if anyone can shed any light on my problem i'll be most greatful.

Ok, first, congratulations on making positive healthy choices for yourself. That is great news.

Second- PLEASE go see a doctor. Blood in your urine can be serious. Your symptoms are not something you should be seeking help from us here but rather a doctor.

As to the cause- it's possible that you did some sort of internal damage by running but I really doubt it. I think it's more likely this is something else, perhaps an infection. Please, see a doctor, and keep up the positive lifestyle.

I agree- please go to a doctor. Blood in the urine is never "normal" in a male and should be investigated. I don't mean to worry you, because it might be something easy to cure, but a doctor has to diagnose and prescribe. I believe you should go today (to a doctor's office or urgent care) just to be on the safe side.
