Morning joint pain

I'm just curious... Every morning when I first wake up my first couple steps out of bed hurt and my hands hurt as well. I find it difficult to use them to snap buttons and if they're cold it's even harder. Also my limbs frequently fall asleep while I am sleeping. I have woken up to dead legs and have had to crawl because my legs would just buckle. I was just wondering if this was normal or possibly a sign of some underlying condition? I'm 24 years old and have always had low blood pressure. A lot of the time when I stand up I lose most of my vision briefly. Not sure if that's normal either but I've just blamed it on the low blood pressure and lived with it.
