Need Dr. House or someone to help!!!

I am 28 year old male, 5'6" 240lbs. I have low testosterone, high prolactin levels, normal so they say thyroid levels, elevated liver enzymes not from drinking, high uric acid but no Gout, high tryglycerides and CAN NOT lose weight! I workout with a trainer 2 days a week, do krav maga martial arts 4 days a week and golf once a week. So VERY active. I have a nutritionist, my metabolism shows fast, burning almost 2600 calories a day at rest. I eat around 2000-2400 on the average day and it's healthy stuff 99% of the time. Lean meats, veggies, no gluten, desserts, etc. I used to be 160lbs 10 years ago in college. What is going on?! My endocrinologist has no idea. I've seen a few. No one can help. No matter how hard I workout, how little or how healthy I eat, the scale does not move and clothes don't fit any better.

Someone please be the answer to my prayers. I know it isn't that I'm not burning more than I'm intaking so what could it be? I've tried Androgel for low testosterone, made me gain more muscle mass but wasn't worth the side effects. I'm on LOVAZA prescription fish oil to help lower triglycerides and liver enzymes, am on Allopurinal for high uric acid and take probiotics every day.

You know you may have something called pcos. I have pcos and its really ruff to lose weight. I have high testosterone but I think an abnormalty in hormones could cause an issue. Try the paleo diet. Look it up and I would highly highly reccomend it. I find that im able to lose weight any many ppl who have struggled can do it. Its basically a whole food diet minus gluten/ grains etc. Its a game changer really. I wish u the best

I'll look into it but I'm basically already doing that since I have a gluten intolerance I don't eat any gluten and rarely do starchy carbs. Still no weight loss. Thanks for the response!
