Sore wrist. Any ideas what is causing it?

Hey. I've sprained the same wrist twice. Once was when I fell off my bike, and the second was in high school when someone ran around the corner, ran into me and knocked me over. I fell backwards onto my wrist and bent it back. I also injured it awhile back, I don't know the wrist anatomy but it was at the base of my palm, that soft bit where your wrist meets the palm of your hand. When the injury happened it was bruised and a little sore. Now, the soreness has returned. My little finger feels "tingly", and the area feels strangely sensitive. When I bend my wrist it almost feels as if something is resisting in that area. It doesn't hurt as such, just feels very weird.

Any suggestions or advice?
