ankle tibial osteotomy not healing; what is next?

I had an ankle tibial osteotomy on April 26th. Last month Dr told me it is healing but not healed yet. I also broke a screw. Has anyone else had this happen? Dr told me does not need to take broken screw out unless i have other surgery (was not planning on it) or causing problems. I am still in a boot until the tibia is healed. I also got a cortisone shot to determine if the pain I am feeling is in the joint or in the tibia. I have had pain when walking. I also had microfractures in the dome of the talus. Now have a hole in the dome and the floor, was getting OATS transplant but when you have kissing holes they cannot do that. Since the shot really helped I assume most of my pain is in the joint and not where the tibia osteotomy was done.

I was just wondering if it took anyone else took this long to heal and what is the next step. I see the dr end of November at that point it will be 7 months.

thank you for your help
