Bunion Pain

I have a small bunion on my left toe, and it has recently started to become sore/uncomfortable...
My big toe started crossing underneath my other toes (this happened with other foot, a bigger bunion, and led to a bunionectomy in '09) and it hurts and I've started sleeping with spacers so it doesn't happen, and they surprisingly help...

Should I bring the pain issue up with my orthopedic surgeon next month, or just leave it be and hope it resolves by itself?
(Not sure how I'd feel about having another surgery, but if it stops my toe from hurting...)

If anyone has an opinion on the matter, I'd appreciate it!

Re: Bunion Pain

Only if he is foot and ankle board certified. Otherwise, I'd see one who is.
