It all started with tingling toes...

I can't begin to tell you just how many tests I have been through for Neuropathy in my feet. TONS of blood tests all turning up normal. This led to me a Neurologist that determined I also had muscle weakness in my legs which to him was strange since I do spin classes during the week.

This led to an MRI of the spine. Findings? No slipped discs but I have Osteopenia. Which means I need more calcium. (I don't eat anything dairy). I am reading lack of calcium in our body can cause tingling/numbness in feet and muscle weakness. (I have the weakness just walking up stairs).

Oh yea and this probably explains the Charlie Horses I've been having! Anyone else have numb feet?

Uhg it's been quite a medical ride.
