Arthritis Pain at Night

Why does the pain in your arms from arthritis hurt more at night time rather than during the day time.
And is there any good solution for helping to relieve the pain ?
I have been using voltaren gel & essential oils, like Copaiba & Peppermint.
Any other good suggestions ?

Re: Arthritis Pain @ Night

I have been using a fairly new product which is a magnesium compound and is very effective- Theraworx relief. Works for nuscle and joint pain.

Yes, i was on Diclofenac for the past 5 years and it got to the point where it was causing me to have irregular kidney functions, so my dr took me off of it. I hated it, but it was not agreeing with my kidneys.
