Hi all just thought I would let u know my results. My spine....I have gone from -3.2 to -3.0 I know its not enuf to do the happy dance over but hey its hopeful. My hip/femoral neck I have gone from osteopenia into normal range so that is pleasing for me. My osteo specialist knows that I take strontium and told me to continue doing what I am doing with supplements and strontium etc. In regards to gm/cm2 in my spine I went from 0.819 to 0.839 gm/cm2 ... I am not sure of the percentage of improvement as we have to allow for strontium which weighss more than calcium but I am happy that I did not decrease and I will continue to work hard for better bones!!!

Building bone density is a slow porcess but as you said pays off in the end. Have a great day!!

How wonderful. How long has it been since your last test? With this wonderful forum
I have been on Strontium for almost one year, so its great to hear such wonderful
results. Yes do the happy dance.

Katc45 a year since my last dexa! Yeah your right the more i think about it I should do the happy hip dance!!! I am on strontium two years now the first dexa i stayed the same in spine but decrease in hip so this is second since strontium. Wishing you good results..
