Low Pain Tolerance

I'm 75 yrs old and can't remember a day in my life that I did not have pain of one sort or another. What would possibly not affect someone seems to cause me great pain.Have back complications, take medication for high thyroid, much arthritis and heart condition. Am always tired and try to pass myself off as feeling good so as to not attract any undue attention. I have days where my whole body hurts from head to toe and blame my arthritis acting up because of weather change. I take medication for lowering cholesteral, blood pressure, thyroid, arthritis.
What can I do to bring up my pain tolerance?

Re: Low Pain Tolerance

It sounds like you are dealing with quite a bit. You probably already pace yourself during the day but that's what I think might be most helpful. Do you have osteoporosis? You didn't mention it so I hope you don't.
