21 Year Old Male With Osteoporosis

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a little advice as to what to do at this point about my condition. I've had one bone density test with the results all being around -2.5. It seems I was born with this I've had about 10 fractures, all of them fairly severe. The last one was my hip three years ago which prompted the bone test. I had a lot of pain in my knees and hip and as a result started IVing heroin, became addicted. I moved across the country and I've been off all opiates for 13 months and have been regularly doing weight bearing exercises/work in an attempt to improve my bone density. I'm 6'4" and only about 140 lbs. The pain and weakness is getting very frustrating. Yes I've been tested for Hep C/HIV and it was negative. No I've never seen an endocrinologist. Does it sound like hormones? digestion?
