    mysterious leg pain

    hello,
i have a mysterious left leg pain ongoing for 3 years.
It feels like a hard ball prickling to my buttocks when sitting.
It is constant, always present and disturbing me so much.
Location of the pain changes and is the contact point between my leg and contact surface.
if i stand on my knees on the floor pain location moves to the point between my knee and floor. if i lay on my left hip pain moves to that location.

I been to neurologist and orthopedist and after a physical exam they have told me i am fine, but i don't feel fine.
i have been to psychiatrists and used some antidepressants and pain meds with no effect.
Any suggestions or guidance on what to do next?

Keep searching for answers. It might just take another opinion. I'd be careful with chiro as it can make some people worse; if you really want to pursue it, do some thorough research to find the best practitioner you can, and listen to your body (if it makes it worse, question that). A physical therapy evaluation might be another step to try. Best wishes.

I too would steer clear of a Chiropractor - especially if you are trying to rule out a musculoskeletal problem - have you had xrays? MRI(s)? CT scan?, Bloodwork?

I would start at your primary care doctor for a full work up.

Good luck.........you will find an answer, be pro-active!
