    Car crash

    Have fractured sternum and fractured t5 vertebrae can anyone tell me how to manage pain

    I'd follow up with your doctor. They may suggest things such as rest, ice and/or heat, NSAIDs, muscle relaxers, etc. I hope you feel better soon. Best wishes.
