Pain Management Message Board

  • Codeine won't touch the pain, but afraid to get stronger meds...what should I do??

    yes my pain is caused mostly by my shingles, it turned itno pst herpetic nueralgia, which is a chronic case of the shingles. But they think my case might even be more abnormal then average, bcuz i had hemi paresis on my right side, and still kind of do i guess, it is still numb except for the pain. They think that might have something to do why it is sooo severe.
